Those conversations reflected that we were all on the same page regarding next steps. While the goal is always a smooth installation with no issues, construction projects can surface items that need adjustment. As demonstrated here, our team addresses those items promptly and works through them with homeowners and inspectors to ensure everything is brought into compliance. For clarity, the items you referenced were acknowledged and are actively being addressed as part of the standard correction process. We have not gone ?MIA,? and our team has remained available to coordinate access and scheduling to complete the remaining work.
