"Jake was extremely professional and thorough with his repair. We called him out originally for a phantom leak. After multiple visits we discovered it wasnâ t anything to do with the shower or other plumbing but directly with a poor installation of tiling in the bathroom. He repaired the areas where he cut out pieces of dry wall to look up in the ceiling for the leak and installed a 12â trap door under breath the shower pan for future access. His dry walling expertise is excellent. We have textured ceilings and he matched the texture to where you cannot even tell there was a repair. I would highly recommend Jake and Bramlet Home improvement to anyone. We will definitely be using him exclusively in the future."

I was a little skeptical at first with their prices being lower and the fact that the company is a little newer, but was very happy to learn that they have years of experience installing bathrooms together (and that experience definitely shows)! We had them replace a basement shower stall that was moldy and unusable. A lot more work went in than previously expected, but they stayed until the job was complete. I emailed the company, along with a few photos, to at least find out how to best deal with the stains and heard nothing back even after 3 attempts. Absolutely no response. Zero calls. Zero follow-up emails. The work quality and initial inspection/quote process of this company are great. The courtesy of their team members is great. The collateral damage, at least in my case, was substantial. Follow-up customer service after the job is complete is really terrible, as in apparently non-existent, and it will most definitely affect my willingness to recommend them to my contacts, even though the actual concrete repair was well done."

"Based on great reviews on Homeadvisor, I hired Drainline Services to replace two failed sump pumps, repair copper piping and broken spigot, cap stove and dryer gas lines and remount a leaky toilet in the basement bathroom. "Fabulous products, service, knowledge & skills! We had a walk-in bathtub removed and replaced along with 96" worth of ugly tile on walls. Our new 2nd bath is beautiful. We chose white tub & white subway tiles and polished nickel fixtures. The team did a fabulous job replumbing (they found problems with old plumbing and fixed it properly), removed the beastly tub without splitting in two parts, meticulously placed plumbing, tile backs, and tub in and installed new fixtures. They jumped through hoops to locate polished nickel products to include the shower rod. We also had them finish the plumbing in our unfinished 3rd bathroom and the install a 32" corner shower. Whew...it's a small bathroom so we talked with the crew chief doing the work (he's SOOOOO knowledgeable and just a great guy!) and he gave us suggestions regarding sink and toilet. It's a tiny bath so we greatly appreciated Westshore stepping up and going above and beyond to do the work in our home. We get rave reviews on how well these bathrooms look and it shows! Just beautiful! Price was right on point considering they went above and beyond and followed up."

We had a walk-in shower installed with high end materials such as porcelain walls and a new bathroom floor The experience from beginning to end was smooth. The project manager, Justyn, coordinated the work on site as soon as all the materials were available. RenewHome's plumber, Scott, and assistant Jonathan were in and out in a few hours. "Tipping Hat Plumbing, Heating and Electric has been fantastic from start to finish. From the first call and scheduling with Robert to the service provided by Rocky at my home. Robert was incredibly polite and knowledgeable. Generally very pleasant. The company followed up a few times and made sure I was aware of my appointment time calling right up to about 30 minutes prior to the technician coming out. Rocky the technician was running a little behind and he called to update me and let me know when he would be here. I had my hot water heater flushed and inspected. Rocky was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Again incredibly polite and clearly concerned about keeping my home clean. Was happy to discuss options and answer questions I had. Made sure I was good with going forward with the work to be done. He was very efficient and did a great job. All costs seemed extremely reasonable. They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."
