"Manny did an excellent job! We hired him to remove an old and failing railroad tie retaining wall that held in a dilapidated and uneven concrete stone patio. Complicating the matter were four 6 x 6 columns which were enclosed by the failing rail road tie retaining wall which supported our entire deck above the patio. His team's careful planning and execution turned our eye sore of a patio into a beautiful allen stone block retaining wall with pavers installed on top to serve as a patio. He also installed Allen block stairs which wrapped the patio all the way to the front of our house. He offered a very competitive price compared to other bids and delivered a superior product. His crew always showed up when expected and on time. He was very accommodating with requests as the project continued from demo to finishing touches and there were no unexpected costs. "I hired KP Concrete to redo my patio. It was old and consisted of brick pavers and rotted out timbers. I called KP and spoke with Paxton Burton. We scheduled a time to meet and he showed up on time which was a the first thing I was impressed with. He allotted enough time to really listen to what I wanted and was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was impressed that he wanted to take on the job because it was a small job in comparison to most concrete jobs but KP concrete is wanting to break into the residential market and if that means 1 patio or sidewalk at a time, they will stay plenty busy. "Thrasher did a great job. The foreman was knowledgeable and he explained what was going to be done. We were allowed to watch the process. They leveled the front step and the sidewalk by drilling holes in the concrete and pumping foam under them until everything was level. They caulked everything when they were done and cleaned up the area. The entrance to our home looks so much better. It was well worth the money."
