I hired this company to help with a water issue in my basement. they sent an inspector out to assess the situation. was told under my sidewalk was hollow and if they came drilled hoes and put foam in it would take care of the water coming into my basement. So I agreed and went ahead with the work. The next day after the work was completed there was a thunderstorm. when I got home I found not only water in my basement but mud ruined my carpet. The damage was worse than ever. there was foam product in my window well. Called the company. They sent someone out. He told me the product was not meant to prevent water problems. funny that is why I called them. Now I still have a water problem I am out $2800. my Basement carpet and walls are ruined and the Company said to be Bad. The man who came to look at the damage admitted that the sidewalk directly in front of the window well was still hollow. That is where the water came in.
