We had a massive project in front of us, as our existing back patio and front porch (circa 1957) was a crumbling mess of concrete. Being fairly new to the Hudson Valley, this made us uneasy on whether we would ever get this done? The work started, and finished in exactly 9 days, as we added more projects on like an additional walkway, as well as shoring up the footings on our rear deck. All these other companies that advertise 24/7 & Holidays emergency service did not even answer the phone. We lost power and our pipes froze in super cold weather we had Christmas 2022. In 32 years my pipes never froze but they did this time and they burst in multiple locations. Kevin called and came out the same day and worked into the night replacing multiple ruptures. "I had an issue with my water softener which was looked at by two companies. The first company automatically said to replace. TMO saw that the problem was valves were turned off and opened them. They took water samples from my well and came back after the softener was working for a few days and retested. The softener was working so no work was needed There was no charge not even a service call fee.
