We were having trouble locating the septic tank at the home we bought recently. Elijah and his team were relentless in their search, and tried various means to find the tank, finally locating it and draining it. They would not give up! Highly recommended.

They arrived earlier than scheduled which was a bit inconvenient. The work quality was fine although they did not have all the appropriate tools to unscrew the tank cap. The cost was almost twice as much as a friend with a similar-size tank paid and they charged me $80 for an enzyme that I later found online for a quarter of the price. I will hire my friends company next time.

Scheduled my appointment weeks in advance. Took off from work. They assured me of an early appointment. When I called to confirm, sounded like they had no idea of my appointment. They said they would be there late in the afternoon. When I called at 3:30 p.m. they assured me I would get an immediate call back with an estimated time. They never called back, they never showed up, anything. Do not waste your time scheduling with this company, completely unreliable. Wasted a day off from work for nothing.

The customer service needs improvement, but overall we were satisfied with the work. They were a no show for the original appointment, and no one contacted us. I reached to them and another appointment was scheduled; which they did show up for. Would use again
