"Overall, things went as planned. Jared who inspected our old furnancew did an exceptional job, however, a little more experience/knowledge in the sales area will greatly benefit Jared and your company. Andrews who cleaned our ducts was an outstanding professional. The installers were also outstanding professionals (see separate comments). The only question that I have is the limited warranty for the furnace - 20 years on heat exchanger, 1 year labor, 5 years parts and 45 days workmanship (kind of surprising that Dicks will not stand behind their workmanship for a longer period of time). Also, the 5 years parts warranty should be 10 years."

"Our house is almost 130 years old, so we needed to have some foundation stabilization done. The company was a pleasure to do business with. From our initial consultation and beyond, every contact was courteous and knowledgeable. On the first day of the project, after removing the dirt to see the foundation, it was discovered that the existing foundation was not sufficient to support using the helical piers according to the building inspector. The dirt was all replaced and it was arranged to come back out and give me a quote for a different process using smart jacks. Due to circumstances at my local building department, the new job had to be postponed until a new permit could be obtained. Once that was done I was rescheduled and the job was completed in a day and a half. When the building inspector came to sign off on the permit, he raved at what a great job they had done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked."
