George was lovely to work with.! I would give 5 stars instead of 4 if I had had all the information I needed to get the job done on the first day. They were a couple hours late but worked hard and were thoughtful, patient and polite. And I would hire them again and recommend them.

Great communication end-to-end. Attention to detail, pointing out deficiencies with existing venting, all fair and good catches and provided reasonably priced solutions. Installer was super nice and knowledgeable. Would call again and would recommend.

My water heater died last week. I went on Home Advisor and received a number of calls. One from George at Stream Water Heaters. We discussed my problem. George requested Photos of the heater and the area around the heater. Within 30mins I received an estimate. The price was totally reasonable for equipment and install. The water heater from a well known company and carried a better than good warranty. I received an install time of 6pm next day. The team remved the old water heater, replaced an obsolete valve, and installed the new water heater. I had numerous questions. All my questions were answered in the most courteous manner. The professionalism, expertise, and timeliness of George's Team were exceptional. Highly recommend this company.

George and Thiago were amazing! I had a new water heater installed and the job was professional. They are super nice guys too, very chill, but professional as well. The price was very affordable too. Very efficient and clean. Not a drop of water on the carpet from draining the tank. Thiago took the time to explain how to change the temp, the warrant and how to clean it once a year. Highly recommend!

Talk to the guy who is doing the job. Great communication. Fast friendly and reliable. New water heater had a defect. Returned and completed the whole install a second time. No extra fee!
