  Comment: 2 bathrooms. Master currently has toilet in separate room. Shower stall and jacuzzi tub separated by a knee wall. One solid vanity with 2 sinks and one mirror and knee wall on one end. Tile floor. Looking to remove shower stall and tub, replace shower stall w/glass door, tiled shower in largely the same footprint. I don't envision moving plumbing for the shower. Space for jacuzzi will be reclaimed for an infrared sauna. Double vanity would be replaced with either two standalone sink/vanities w/smaller mirror and replace existing light fixtures, or one single sink vanity with larger counter and drawers. Repaint and retile. Spare bath - tile replacement, leave tub in place, replace dated vanity with updated. Paint bathroom. I have a diagram with dimensions. Master bath is about 165 inches wide, including toilet room, by about 100 inches deep, wall to wall. Spare bathroom is 58 x 103 inches. Townhome, both on 2nd floor, very wide, straight staircase upstairs.
