I highly recommend this contractor. They were highly professional in every way: they always came just when they said they would, they did exactly what they said they would, they were great at solving problems that arose during the basement waterproofing project, and they did a really good job of keeping us informed multiple times a day about the progress of the project. The crew that handled our project was outstanding. We were especially appreciative of the work done by the foreman, Dan. Just great all around work.

We had Adirondack basement come out to waterproof our basement that got water whenever there was heavy rain or snow melt. The entire process was stress free and organized. Jeff was our Sales rep and was extremely informative about the entire process. The contractors that came out, Tim and Chris, were very friendly and worked efficiently.
