Reviews
Write a ReviewI had a great experience with my technicians today. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend !
Jesse was very helpful and kind. His service was efficient and effective. There were some scheduling issues that the group was able to remedy. Their time slots that are given are highly subject to change which is great when you’re able to be home all day and harder when you’re working outside the home. Can’t express the gratitude I have for the service portion though, outstanding!
Jason repaired my leaking toilet in no time. I'd recommend him and Mission for all your plumbing and HVAC needs.
Mission plumbing came in and repaired my A/C under warranty. They were very good .
Mike L & Bill E were extremely thorough in servicing our HVAC. They took time to explain how our system was doing. We really appreciate their time helping us. We have used Mission for several years.
PSA: legacy Ultra Heating & Cooling customers, cancel all payments. On June 22nd, Mission Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling sent a technician to diagnose my HVAC system - the AC had not been working for a few days at that point. Since then, they have not called, messaged, or emailed me a single time. I have called 4 times, each time they have said, "I will make sure someone gets back to you right away". My house has been without AC for 17 days due to their lies stringing me along. I have been paying $14/mo for a service agreement since December 2021, and never had any issues with Ultra Heating and Cooling fulfilling their contractual obligations. However, it is clear that Mission PHC has taken on all Ultra customers with their acquisition, and are continuing to take their money every month with no intentions of honoring the service agreement. To all legacy Ultra customers, I would recommend cancelling your service agreement immediately and finding a new, trustworthy HVAC company.
Quality technicians that are looking to be an advisor not looking to sell me something. Really appreciated them explaining my options.
Worst crooks in the world. Their parent company buys up small companies all over and buys their silence and their reputation etc etc. They are nothing more than a revamped Polestar plumbing. Remember them? They rip old folks and those without off. They charged 40k for a sewer replacement which cost them around 6k. I won't tell you how I know, let's just say I have people close to me that are in the plumbing business and know all the players involved. And these people like to finance. Don't have the money? It's ok, we will finance you....People go to your local companies with a good name and do your research and see where the company is located. Corporate office. Anything outside of Kansas or Missouri , walk away!! Buyer beware. They also have no clue what they are doing? Oh and their workers laugh about what they have gotten away with while they are on the job!!! If that doesn't disgust you, we have bigger problems in this world!!!
This company used to be good, but they have been bought out by another company and they no longer care about their customer. Gabe, the HVAC manager, did not care enough about customer concerns to even return my 4 attempts to reach him. Run the other direction!
the previous owner used them so I decided to give them a try and they were very professional and prompt and came same day I called.
