Had appointment for AC checkup between 8am-12. Received email at 9:47 that tech was finishing up last call and would be on his way. Called office again at 12:20 and was told he should be there soon, asked for eta, said dispatch would call me right back. 1:34 I called back to say I never received call back. After being placed on hold was told tech had issue on morning call but was finishing now up. 5:12 I called back and was told the tech shows he is driving to my house as we talked. I said interesting as he never called to give 30 minutes heads up per policy. 6:03 tech calls to say his GPS shows25 minutes away. Needless to say, I told him Polestar is not a company I would want to do business with. Would NOT do business with Polestar.

Polestar is so unbelievably DEFICIENT in every respect (except sales), it is hard to adequately describe them within limited space. Do yourself a favor and STAY COMPLETELY AWAY from this company. Their many, many positive reviews must come from new customers with no follow-up service. Question: how many of the positive reviews are legitimate? My experience has been so terrible that I find it hard to believe it does not reflect who this company really is for all!

Out of everybody that quoted me, they had the middle price, but seemed the most knowledgeable. There were a few communication problems that caused delays, but I would still go with them again for anything that is difficult or needs extra care

The pros from Polestar were outstanding! I had several issues and they took the time to not only address the problem situation, but also advised of potential situations I might have if things went sideways (which they can do very easily with plumbing). Very satisfied. Thank you!
