They called 10 minutes after I submitted HimeAdvisor. It was a Saturday morning at 8am. They were there by noon . He didn't have the right capacitor but used a lessor one to get us through the weekend. He's coming back Monday to put in the right one. Very professional and very reasonable.

Keenan arrived earlier than scheduled, calling first to coordinate early arrival. I'm pleased that he could arrive early, and work past 5 pm on a Friday to resolve our problem, for no extra charge. He also wore blue booties in our home. Not needed, but much appreciated in terms of courtesy and professionalism. The resolution was complex, and Keenan's diagnosis of our 15-year-old system was spot on. Unfortunately, the replacement fan motor he installed failed, and he was making arrangements to get an emergency part from a parts house that was already closed. It was a cool day, and our brick house did not need an urgent response to remain comfortable. I offered that we regroup on Saturday. Keenan agreed, and offered to bring another HVAC expert with him to put another set of eyes on the problem. Do you see the professionalism of this humble approach? I did immediately, and I remain impressed. Both arrived early on Saturday with a new motor, and performed forensics on the failed motor before trying the newest motor. I call this "doubling down." With extra time and a fresh focus, Keenan identified a bad (rusty) connection, corrected it skilfully, and installed the new motor. It worked flawlessly immediately. And he also repaired a few other items to preempt failures at some future date. Keenan is what we were looking for; a skilled diagnostician, committed to customer experience, and minimizing cost. He identified items needing maintenance, giving us the opportunity to fix them now to avoid a failure later. We have found our HVAC service company, and look forward to Keenan's preventative service visits on a 6-month basis. Our HVAC was a big investment, and is worthy of regular service by this excellent service company.

    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
