They called me not once but twice just to tell me they refused to come out and fix my ac. Really what kind of person or company just calls you to tell you that they refused to fix your broken ac. They left a message but that was not good enough they had to call me ans make sure and tell me that I was not the type of customer they wanted or would help. What kind of company can discriminated against who they will help and not help. Just mean and hurtful Went with Anthony heating cooling and plumbing spent $419 for parts and service. Most common service call I was told replace the capacitor quick easy fast repair. My advice dont do business with companys that refused or discriminated against who they will help and not help. Instead of using this company go to Anthony heating cooling and plumber they actually care and treat custiner like human beings. Overall this is by far the worst customer service I have ever had in 40 years. Buyer beware of this compan. I wondwr why they refused

I had a very good experience. My AC needed tune up and repair. Brandon was the technician and he was very professional, on time and explained everything very clearly.

Chris worked hard and listened to my requests. He helped me with upstairs sink. The stopper was stuck. I got that stopper on line and he installed it. I love my new toilet. 2 inches makes a big difference. Ann Stites

He come to make sure the gas furnace they put in last year was ready for winter this year. He was nice and did a great job.

I recently purchased a home from someone that had used Bob Hamilton to install their furnace and air conditioner in 2023. Less than three years later, it is pouring water from condensation into my basement, my carpet has been flooded along with drywall. It appears that water is leaking back into the system too, so not sure if There has been damaged done to the actual unit itself yet or not. House only cools to 78 degrees today when it?s 91 out.

I would highly recommend this company, they did a great job and if I had questions or problems they were right there and took care of it quickly, at first I was only going to get a furnace but the sales person who came out said it would not cost much more for air so I went with that and don't regret it since we were using window units which was a pain every year, I am enjoying my furnace through the winter and enjoying this air as it gets hotter, thanks Hamilton! I will be calling soon to get pricing on something else I need done
