Write a ReviewIntegrated Electric is prompt and professional and stands behind their work . They have upgraded many of the electrical components of my home. These elements include switches , outlets , fixtures, and fuses. They show up when promised and are easy to talk to. I have been using Integrated for many many years. Use them....you will not be disappointed.
Did the job, it?s working - so, work quality is acceptable. However, Project was charged for time spent method - which worked out very expensive for me. Coz the electrician wasted lots of time - by literally throwing around his tools / driver bits / screwdriver etc all over the garage / driveway / back to his vehicle. And then he went to his Parked vehicle so many times, just to find the same tool !! I am actually myself a DIYer, have myself done projects around my house. And I know how to be time efficient. So, I asked him to just use a tool belt or keep the items organized - he flatly refused !! Stating that he does not use tool belts and likes to walk around back to his vehicle !!! What a nerve !! He managed to charge me full extra hour at his high hourly rate, compared to the estimated time given on the phone by estimator based on project. The electrician did so by wasting time using the above method. So, NOT value for money. Never again will I hire them. And never based on time spent. I will ONLY hire someone else - always using flat rate per project.
Hi Rakesh. This is Freddie. IIts amazing what I remember about your particular job. You are a self proclaimed DIYer and efficiency expert. You have taken issue with our Technician and his supposed improper execution of your job,the specifics of which I will outline here in detail. So lets get started: Your job was done on 5/17/24, and was ordered as a Service Call to be done on the following arrangement: $135 Service Charge , $125 per hour plus parts. We sent you a Senior Technician with over 15 years experience who came to your house and did your entire job which included running power up through your attic and installing a new garage light fixture which you provided. Everything we did including all of the 2.5 hours of labor and all of other materials and wire etc that were necessary came to $492.00,I have news for you: that job was not held up by out Technician going back to his truck for parts and tools. One of those trips to his truck was to call me and tell me that YOU were driving him crazy and arguing with every move he made. He asked me what to do and I told him to do his best to finish the job and get out of there and put YOUR name on our DNS DO NOT SERVICE list. And if you didnt stop to pack up and leave and call me and I would deal with you. As it happened he was able to finish and you paid us and out the door he went. It was fine until yesterday 48 days AFTER the job when you went keyboard warrior and put this ridiculous review up. Let me tell you this Mr DIYer Efficiency Expert: ' we do this every day 7 days a week . Your final bill was completely in line and not even excessive for what was done. And most important: THAT TECHNICIAN HAS FORGOTTEN MORE ABOUT ELECTRICAL WORK THAN YOU WILL EVER KNOW. If you wanted to save time you should have left him alone to do his job. Any time wasted WAS BECAUSE OF YOU. Now go find another electrician because we dumped you as a client on 4/17. Bye,
Fredie help me rewire my rental apartment, he corrected all my electrical issue and satisfied with the service.

Great job and quick to respond.
Ok services
Perfect, professional affordable.
Although they had to come out a second time, once they started it only took them maybe 30 minutes to complete the installation of the attic fan. Professional and courteous personnel. A
