Write a ReviewTHE WORKERS WERE NEAT AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN LESS THAN 2 HOURS. I AM VERY SATISFIED.
Pros were responsive, on time and did quality work. Pricing was competitive with other quotes. I will be hiring them again soon to do more electrical and lighting installations.
Great Service. Quick response and got the job done right and on time
I would definitely recommend them.
They were professional and got the job done. The product (attic fan) is quiet which was one of our concerns. A good job done.
Hired them for 2 projects at same time. First one was completed by Trey who did an outstanding job and was professional courteous. No one ever came or even called for second project of under cabinet kitchen lights even after a follow up phone call by me. Disappointing.
Hi..Im really sorry we couldn't get back to you quickly. We truly value your business.. Its not that we don't want to do your job.. It's because we are absolutely SWAMPED with work and our Technician that handles specialty under cabinet lighting has a huge backlog and he has been unable to get to look at your project. We work on a first come first serve basis and handle all estimate requests and installations in that order. As you stated we quickly handled the first part of your job right away to your satisfaction but the cabinet lights are a different operation and are not designed or installed by our regular Field Technicians. If you are s
From the call back to the project, this company was wonderful. My technician was Trey and he was courteous, informative and professional. The job was completed in good time and I am very pleased with the outcome. I will definitely use them again.
Corey and his team were professional, prompt, clean and did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would and charged what they quoted. They did a significant amount of work for us on a home we recently bought. They replaced attic fans and repaired many indoor and outdoor electrical issues - including digging and laying new conduit and running power outside. I highly recommend them.
The person answering the phone needs to be a little more informative. I was given a quote over the phone to place a new outlet and circuit breaker from 200 to 300 dollars. Only to find out later, that I also need to pay for the supplies, there is a service charge and I was never informed and when I received an invoice there was a charge of 5% of the bill for using a credit card. UNHEARD OF. Not a happy camper!
This is Freddie. You spoke to me. Over the phone. You were NOT quoted. You were given a customary PRICE RANGE for a SERVICE CALL at our published hourly troubleshoot and repair rates PLUS PARTS based on what YOU described over the phone. Which was to troubleshoot and repair a bad outlet. We fix bad outlets all day long for the $200 - $300 range. That's the key issue here. That, unfortunately, your opinion and subsequent description of what you thought you needed us to do was INACCURATE. It turned out that you did not just have a bad outlet and needed additional parts to complete your job that we had NO way of knowing prior to speaking to YOU.
Good on electric
