My initial experience with this company was positive. They were responsive, resolved the power outage expeditiously and were reasonable. Because it was positive, I attempted to to hire them for a second project. My initial conversations about the project with Fred were very amiable and we set up a date to do the work. I texted him the day b4 to confirm the date and ask for an estimate (I had sent him pictures), But received no answer. The day came, and nobody showed. Fred tried to deny we had set that date, but I had texted proof. He sent a worker, who, without question, had a really bad attitude. He quoted a price which I was not comfortable with, and so both called and texted Fred requesting to speak with him. That was October 14. To this day, he has not returned my call or text, or followed up in any way.

The electrician was experienced and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem with our electric and replaced a couple of troublesome circuit breakers and a dangerously faulty light fixture in the bathroom ceiling. We were very pleased with his work.
