Customer Satisfaction. Top-rated companies like Mercedes Benz and BMW run at about 80%. American Airlines runs at 82%. Here at ANGI, we run at 94%!.. But in dealing with the public there is a small percentage of customers who you cannot satisfy NO MATTER WHAT. Why I have no idea. Just human nature I guess. This woman was quoted our fees and hourly charges. PLUS PARTS. She then ordered the job. Then it started. She did NOT want to pay us to get a part SHE needed and when we went as far as we could without it she did not want to pay her bill. We agreed to come back and install the additional part AT NO CHARGE FOR PARTS OR LABOR. She finally paid.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
