I had a great service technician from Integrated: Scott Lindsey who was not only a pleasure to work with, he was very knowledgeable in terms of his craft. He took the time to explain why and what he was doing before doing it and was able to offer very good alternative approaches, including one that probably saved me $100 or more. He was a very hard and focused worker and got things done to my satisfaction in a timely way. Scott is a real asset to Integrated and I will ask for him specifically when I call Intgrated for additional electrical services.
Don & Corey were very knowledgeable and did a very good job hooking up my new dishwasher. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

You made a Saturday appointment for us to troubleshoot your rental unit. We showed up as requested and were not able to complete your job BECAUSE YOU FAILED TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH YOUR TENANT TO LET US IN. THAT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY NOT OURS. We don't work for them we work for YOU. We went as far as possible and upon failure of the tenant to cooperate we had to leave and reschedule. You were billed the agreed-upon $125 Service Fee and another $55. ( 1/2 hour labor at $105/hr.) DO NOT BLAME US FOR YOUR SHORTCOMINGS. NEXT TIME GET YOUR TENANT OUT OF BED ON TIME.
