They did a great job! Made appointment to look at the job and issued a quote. Showed up on time, quote was very reasonable and scheduled the job. They called three days before to confirm, called the morning of with an eta to the house. Showed up on time, wore mask, went over the work and when finished they reviewed everything again. Very professional, cleaned up and any questions they said call. Would definitely hire them again.

Heat pump had leaked out refrigerant. Instead of repairing it, the tech just pumped in $240.00 worth of refrigerant and hoped it would last the season. It lasted 4 days! The total charge for this was over $500.00. Yeah, I can not wait to use them again.

This is what you get when you deal with the public. I just reviewed your file and spoke to my tech who confirmed to me that you told him it was just a slow leak and did not want him to rip the unit apart and properly repair it. But instead instructed him to go ahead and refill it with refrigerant and leave it be so you could just get through the summer. We did not build your heat pump or install your heat pump or break your heat pump or guarantee your heat pump. And in the end, you did not want us to overhaul/fix your heat pump and correct the underlying leak issue. You instead instructed us to refill your broken unit and we did.

Hired Integrated to install and attic fan and overall it was a great experience. They were accomodating with the appointment time. The 2 employees that showed up were courteous and very professional and the entire experience was quite easy. I will likely use them again for some of the other services they provide and I would definitely recommend them at this time to anyone looking for an attic fan.

Hired Integrated Electrical Solutions to replace an attic fan on a 90 degree day. They showed up the next day, kept me updated on when they would show and were done within 45 minutes. Clean job job, fairly priced and professional in approach. Would hire them again.
