It would have bee great, if they could haul away the replaced items. Otherwise the service was great. they applied themselves to the challenges and solved for it.

I had multiple items that needed to be addressed, one of which was "fuzzy," and required troubleshooting and a recommendation. The technician was knowledgeable, his assessment made sense, and he did not try to up-sell or snow us with expensive "fixes" that would likely not work. I appreciated his integrity, which won my future business. I plan on using this company for any future electrical needs.

Make sure you discuss all the details upfront, so electrician knows the specifics of the fixture you are trying to install. Make them read the instructions before they start. My job took longer as the electrician could not figure out how to make dimmer work. All ended up ok at the end and i was not charged for extra time (hence high ratings).

Just an FYI..our parts catalogs contain in excess of 70,000 different electrical parts and that doesnt even count the tens of thousands of different light fixtures, fans, appliances, etc. At times our work can get very complicated and once in a while it takes us a little longer to finish a job. Especially if it's a combination of parts and fixtures provided by the client that we haven't encountered before. And unfortunately , most instructions included with fixtures arent worth the paper they're printed on.

Cory was terrific. Just closed on a house. He was installing recessed LEDs and a Tesla charger and the job grew as weâ d go through each room. He accommodated everything with a smile. Spent 10 hours here and price was reasonable for work done- everything clean and professional. Will have them back for sure.
