Reviews
Write a ReviewGood response and quality work.
Very impressed with the quality. Service tech was very friendly, did quality job. There was even a small oversight and they came back to fix at no charge. Great communication with business owner and highly recommended.
Used them for a variety of minor electrical projects including installation of ceiling fans, and GFCI outlets. They were priced reasonably, thorough, and easy to deal with.
Dustin was very nice and new how to fix the problem the correct way. And explained the real problem so I could understand what was really wrong. Being an older person I could understand what he was saying.
Cory and his helper were great. I showed them where I would like the outside outlets and they were even able to add a separate breaker for them the the panel. Very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Will use again. Thanks guys.
Horrible experience. I looked on home advisor for a clogged drain repair and not 15 minutes after I filled out my information I got a call from IES saying they can come immediately. They came about 2 hours later and the plumber tried to snake my drain. That didn t work and as I feared in the first place my drain in my new home was completely clogged solid. The plumber explained this to me and said all the waste drains would need to be replaced in the bathroom. I agreed to have him start that job. He began by cutting a pipe and letting it fall to the floor which broke a window I had in my basement. He said don t worry we ll fix it for you . I also told the plumber I needed a leaky radiator fixed to which he instructed I make a few holes in my walls to find the pipes. Hole one, nothing hole 2 nothing and finally in a different room hole 3 here s the pipe. After 3 hours of work (one of which being his lunch) he said he had and emergency and left immediately and explained he would be back first thing the next day. At 2pm the next day the plumber showed up. He then began to do his job and finished it by 5:30pm when he explained that he once again had an emergency to go to. All the while I had to clean up every mess he made as he was working in my basement, and my first floor bathroom. His boss came and was hanging out in my house too. He wrote the bill up in his van and gave it to me. I said let me get a credit card and they said they will call to handle the bill. I put it in my pocket and said my goodbyes. Upon further inspection of the bill, I noticed some bogus stuff. First off there was 9 hours of billed labor, which the plumber was only at my house for 6. Second was a call charge of $125... they called me. Third was a misc charge of $100... no explanation. At dinner time the next day the owner of the company called me to have me send him a quote via email of some work another company said they would do for me so he can look it over and do that job cheaper for me. Out of all the estimates I have got in my life for any job this is the only time I have had this asked of me. I said after dinner I would... I was being passive because I did not want to send it to him. After dinner I went to put the sink back into the bathroom. The pipes did not line up. Called the owner and had him send the plumber out. This was the third day they had to work on a simple drain replacement. At this point my girlfriend and I are furious. After the plumber fixes his mistake my girlfriend begins to tell him how we feel, and wrote a check for what we owed. At 9:30pm this night the owner called my phone to speak to her, to which I then told him how I feel about the product they are peddling. Also for the entirety of the job the plumber kept asking to use my tools, including power tools, instead of getting his own tool box. Most of the time spent working was going back and forth to the van to get things. Overall it was bad, start to finish and the truth is they may have got away with overcharging me for one job but they lost out of 2 more definite jobs and the chance to do any other work I may need in the future. 1/10 would not recommend.
OUCH!!! I have been in contracting for over 30 years. Theres an old saying.. If you mess with snakes long enough sooner or later youre gonna get bit. Likewise It is a statistical CERTAINTY that if you deal with enough people in the public at large sooner or later youre gonna meet somebody who for whatever reason you CANNOT satisfy. No matter WHAT you do. In retrospect, as far as I can tell, from firsthand experience on this job as well as reading this horrid review, there was absolutely NO way to make this couple happy in this particular case that I personally handled the initial call and spent over 2 hours.
Returned phone call really fast, Fred, the owner was patiently listening to customer issues and dispatched a senior technician Cury to our house, as we have complexing electrical system. Cury solved all 5 items and even help to fix the external pole. Thank you! Will definitely recommend to other friends!
Cory came when he promised and his work was impeccable. He is my new electirician!
They did an excellent job. They were fast and explained what they were going to do.
