I requested 3 quotes from companies in the DFW area. Window Expo was half of the price of the other vendors so I was a little worried about the quality of service and the product, but the windows are very nice and window expo did exactly what they said they would do. I am completely happy with the service and product that I paid for. They replaced all 15 windows in my house with no issues. I would use them again if I ever needed any other window service performed.

The windows are great. I didn't care for the trim they put around the outside. But overall very happy.

We wanted some some insulating upgrades to the standard double pane window everyone else is selling. Very few window maker we talked to even heard of using dissimilar glass in their windows. We also went with laminated to further reduce the sound. They were also able to come up with a modern design for the odd ball bay windows that we had.

Installation was messy (as expected) but the new installation is perfect - in just one month we saw savings on our electricity bill. Price was much lower than expected and the windows are great quality. Would recommend.

We had one window they measured wrong and we had to wait 2 weeks to be installed. We were lucky the installer noticed this before he took out our old one. I love the windows and notice a difference right away on the cold air not coming in my house anymore. I also noticed the whole house is quieter.

Do not be turned away by past negative reviews, the company has a fairly new owner who has turned it around for the better. I can't say enough good about my experience with Window Expo, from the salesman to the installers to the office workers for the follow up calls to insure satisfaction, an A+ experience all around!! Would HIGHLY recommend Window Expo.
