Installers accidentally left some broken glass in the yard and they had to come back and clean it up. There was also a small chip in the bathroom vanity from the window installed above it. they reimbursed us for that. Overall, very efficient, friendly and responsive. We would recommend them to others.

I enjoyed working with this company from start to finish. The salesman was amazing and worked with me on the cost and size of the project. I normally don't like salesmen at all but I enjoyed talking with him, learning about the product, and also learning about his family. The two guys that came to install the windows were also very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and were very helpful. I was surprised by how efficiently they worked and the level of excellence they presented. I've had the windows in now about six months. I can definitely tell a difference on noise level and the rooms keep their temperature a lot better as opposed to the large swings the rooms were experiencing before with ever changing weather front. My electric bill also stayed a lot lower than I anticipated with the heat we've had this summer. I rated customer service at 4.5 because I still haven't received three screws they were supposed to bring over. Other than that small complaint, I would recommend the company. The windows have made a huge difference. I wish I could have afforded to do all of them at once!

I hired them to do a enclosed patio door. I felt the process was pretty painless and easy. The sales rep was very knowledgeable about their product and gave a thorough presentation. He measured all the windows and the patio door area and gave me a quote. I could only go with the door at this time, but I will likely do the windows in the future. The install coordinator kept me up to date on when the materials were ordered and when they arrived and made scheduling easy. On the day of the install, one man showed up and took out the existing door all by himself. I was really impressed until the next day when he brought the wall system. He did that all by himself too! When the sliding door came in, he had one helper to help take it off the truck and proceeded to install that unassisted. I was really impressed by his work. The only thing that was wrong was some scratches on the door handles. I called WindowExpo and they agreed to have the handles ordered and to fix a few things that I was unhappy with.

ONLY problem I had was having to be rescheduled twice. Once was due to unforeseen circumstances and that’s life. Otherwise the guys came when they said and knocked out 12 windows in July heat. They helped move a few things & was able to take off & put my blinds back. I am totally happy with their work.

Their sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable. The installation went smoothly and most all the trash was picked up and they left my home clean. One old window was accidentally left behind, but they came and picked it up when I let them know it was there. There was a broken mechanism on 2 of the windows that were fixed quickly after the initial installation. I have been very satisfied with the quality of the windows and their customer service. Would recommend.

The whole company was very friendly. the installers were helpful and understanding (my wife was at home with our 3-month-old while the installation occurred). The windows look great, the house is quieter, and heats/cools faster. Great upgrade!
