The installers were professional and did an excellent job. After they were done, their quality assurance man came out and found that the grids on 2 windows were not up to his standards and ordered 2 more. They were replaced the following week! Thank you Window Expo!

Great service and our sales guy was awesome! The windows came in earlier than expected and they replaced all the windows in our entire house (including multiple HUGE bay windows) in 2 business days. It looks amazing and we would highly recommend them to anyone!

We had a problem with one window not latching properly. Windows Expo installer tried to fix the issue but had to call in the window manufacturer to check it out. Both said it would resolved. About a week later they replaced 9 windows because the factory man didn't like the way they latched. I would have been satisfied to have the one fixed. That's customer service! Great job.

Great job on replacing my windows and sliding glass door. Great looking windows. Love them. Installers were very respectful and knowledgeable.

Installers arrived an hour earlier than expected which was fine with me. They were very efficient, cleaned up each area inside and outside as soon as each window was installed. Answered any questions I had. Very courteous and respectful of my property. Windows look great.As far as performance of the windows I cannot comment because it's only been a couple weeks since installation.

Finish out was very poor and damage was done during installation. After I made my salesperson aware of the damage and poor finish out nothing was offered.

These installers were thorough, respectful, knowledgeable and pleasant . They were careful of my property, and vlednedbup well when they finished the job !!
