The room construction was fast and professional. Our installer, Mike, was very easy to work with and knew his craft well. Our office contact, Darilyn was also vary personable, amiable and helpful.

Didn’t order the right windows for the install. Took another 3-4 weeks to get new ones made. When they came to install the second time, they brought the wrong windows again. Had to go back to shop to pick up the right one. No one from the company had bother to call and apologize for the inconvenience. Poor customer service. After I posted the review, I received a call from Amanda with an apology for the poor service. It was much appreciated and I have revised my rating accordingly. The windows do look great. It was just a series of unfortunate events.

I initially had trouble contacting the sales rep, after I hired Windows Expo. The work crew was friendly, did professional work, cleaned windows after install, protected my floors, and even removed my blinds.
