This rating has nothing to do with product or installation...because I have not seen either as of yet. It has been 4+ weeks since the company received the check to begin the job, yet no word from them. We called the salesman 2 times and no return call. Finally got hold of "project mgr' and said would be up to 2 more weeks. Slightly amusing that the check cleared the bank immediately but sales man can't simply return a call to give a little info to a customer. This may turn out to be a great installation, and actually the fellow that came out to measure, was fantastic. The sales guy was great too, but PLEASE do not ignore call backs. There is a reason why we need this information. We are trying to coordinate this work with other work being done and everything is riding on your installation.

They are replacing a patio door with glass that will be almost sound proof. We live close to the freeway and this will be a blessing!

Great customer service and they do financing

Very satisfied with the whole process of installing all the windows in our house. The wait from time of signing to installation was a bit long (about 5 weeks), but the installation went smoothly and the windows are beautiful. Pleased with the warranties that go with windows.

Very professional, from the salesperson, back office through the installers.

Had a porch enclosed in the back, before summer, and the job was completed in a timely manner.

Although unexpected problems with installation came up. The owner personally promised to take care of additional expense at no cost to me. Amazing install and staff top notch. Sometimes delays are worth the wait:)!!! Thanks

Unfortunately they have not began the work. They are supposedly still awaiting approval from the City of Arlington for the permit to build. This has been over a month :(. What'a worse is that I have had to contact them for any updates. Poor customer service! !
