They did a wonderful job and cleaned up everything. Everything was nice when they left. The people in the office kept me informed about the progress of the project.

When I signed my contract the salesman said that the company would take care of all the necessary paperwork with my HOA. I gave the salesman a check for the down payment. He said it would take about 4 to 6 weeks to complete the job. After 5 weeks, nothing was done. I called my HOA and wanted to know if they gave permission to start the job and they said they had no contact with Windows Expo. I finally contacted the owner, (Paul) and he finally got things rolling. He apologized. He said he had to get a building permit from the city after talking to my HOA rep. That's nice after 6 weeks. Its now over 7 weeks and I'm still waiting. They have my $4000 and I have nothing yet.

Great Price, Great Installation, overall excellent service. Installers were prompt and provided excellent workmanship skills.

Great customer service. Large slider in family room, full picture window in kitchen, and window in master bedroom look great. The best thing is the thermal properties. No heat transfer, even with direct sun. The Installers were meticulous in their work and very helpful.

WORKER HAD TO COME BACK BECAUSE WINDOW WOULD NOT LOCK.

Very pleased overall. Everything from show room to project being completed went well. New windows look great and would definitely recommend Window Expo.
