Fantastic windows! The crew was extremely polite and courteous. They made sure to clean up themselves each day. My only complaint was on the front end. They had to measure three times and they still messed up a window which meant coming out a 4th time. But they were quick getting the last window put in. Even the city inspector asked where the windows came from because he was impressed with the quality of the window and the quality of the instillation.

I have beautiful Windows now! My experience with Window Expo was exceptional. I did my research I knew what kind of windows I wanted and I wanted them to be made locally. Window Expo met my expectations and more. I received the information I needed to make my final decision but their customer service tip the scales in their favor. I always spoke directly to the person who could answer my questions. I was always kept informed about the status of my windows. The installation was done with skill and courtesy to me and my property. Their process gave me the confidence I choose the right company.

Our experience with Window Expo has been great overall. We had our windows installed recently and are pleased with their appearance and quality. We live in the city and hear much less outside noise! The company is always available right away whenever I call and are more than willing to help and answer questions. They follow up to make sure the process is going smoothly and well. We had a couple of items broken during installation, but the Window Expo worked with us without a problem for reimbursement. Would recommend to anyone looking for new windows.

I researched several companies and selected Window Expo due to the quality of the windows and the ease of meeting Mark Sobey and working with the staff. The installation of 13 windows went smoothly and the father and son installers were exceptional! We are very satisfied with our windows.
