Reviews
Write a ReviewShopping for replacement windows is an excruciating experience. I was shocked by the slimy business practices of some of the reps I spoke to. The worst part is the high pressure tactics to sign a contract on the spot. When spending thousands of dollars on a major home improvement, who doesn't get multiple bids? But even when told they were the first company I had talked to, some vendors really put on the pressure to sign a contract there and then. Window Expo was the exception here. They made it clear they wanted my business, but they were realistic about the bid process and showed a real interest in making a competitive bid. Their installers were diligent and did a great job. My only quibble was that there was a lot of confusion on my job over double-hung vs. single-hung (depending on the specific window's size and configuration) and triple glazed vs. double-glazed. While in the end the windows I got are quality windows and I like them, they weren't what I ordered and I didn't notice until after the installation, so I had to negotiate a credit. Whoever you work with, pay very close attention all along the way to these details and make sure you are getting what you ordered. As to value for money, it's very hard to tell. It reminds me a lot of mattress sales -- everyone has their own brands and it's virtually impossible to do an apples-to-apples comparison of two vendors' products. Perhaps if I had done significantly more research on my own I would have a firmer sense of whether I got good value for my money.
The installers were very professional and knowledgeable of their craft. Customer service personnel were also outstanding.
I have not had them installed yet. Mark came out today and gave a very informative presentation. I liked how he took his time to give the background of the company and to make sure I understood. The quality of these windows are top of the line. Mark was very polite and courteous. The quality along with the price was very good.
We have not had the windows installed yet, but the presentation was very good. The quality of the window was excellent and the price was very good.
Their team was very polite and courteous, true professionals, and we love the new look.
Great job. There a little problem with the screens; i called and they sent someone out and fixed the problem in a few minutes.
Quality work and fast! They clean every step of the way.
Extremely pleased with professionalism from sales person to installers - high quality product - had an issue with one window that the installer identified and it was immediately addressed. Definitely would recommend them.
