After completing work asked for more money than the contract. Also left the damaged part floor. Will not recommend to anyone.
Response from Company:
The customer floor had severe crowning and cupping that had to be fixed. This was clearly stated in the contract that the homeowner told us he did not read. We only charged for the extra sandpaper that we had to use to fix the moisture damage. The floor turned out beautiful. We fixed all the cupping and crowning. There were 2 damaged areas that the customer is referring to. One was under the dishwasher where there was a very bad leak from the dishwasher. We informed the customer that this area needed to be completely replaced because the water damage was so bad. He did not want that done and only wanted us to try and cover up the issue.

Wabash restoration did a fantastic job on my hardwood floor refinish. The guys were always on time and very helpful. The work was top notch and completed the job on time and on budget.

They were very professional and did a wonderful job. The workers were very polite and made sure we were happy with everything as the project went from stage to stage. We had put our house on the market with very little activity, and most comments were about the out dated flooring. We decided to refinish the wood floors in hopes that would help sell the house. The new finish on the floors sold our house in 5 days!!! And for more than we were asking!!!
