Wabash did an OUTSTANDING job refinishing and installing our hardwood floors. Along with doing an outstanding job, they were equally professional and meticulous. Refinishing can be messy, but with them, there was ZERO mess! If you want a reliable and professional company who will do it right the first time for refinishing or installing hardwoods, they are the GO-TO company! 5-star +

When the floor did not turn out to my satisfaction, Clayton argued with me non-stop. I had to pay another professional to evaluate the work in comparison to the sample. In the end, he finally redid the floor and now it is acceptable, but the experience was very unpleasant.

We are not sure of why we received this type of review but would like to correct the statements being made about our company. The customer was advised on how the floor should be done to achieve the color the customer wanted. Clayton informed her to achieve the depth to the Grey color she was wanting the hardwood needed to be water popped so the stain would have a color rich look. Shirley refused to have it done this way and then said she did not like the color after we followed her request. Shirley requested an appointment be set up with another contractor because she wanted a second opinion, before we stained it again. We let Shirley know we
