Did a great job on my deck. Workers were professional and nice. They removed all the furniture from deck and then put it all back at the end. Only minor issue was communication. Showed up a day before scheduled date to power wash, then took 2 weeks to complete. I'm sure unpredictable weather made it hard to juggle outdoor jobs. Just could have used more communication along the way. Would still use them again and just make communication needs clear.

We do acknowledge a communications error on our part and not following up sooner to find out when the landscaping crew would be finished so we could complete our work. With all the rain we assumed they were delayed like we were, which was a mistake on out part.

My windows, framing and screens look as good as new. Great attention was given to every detail. The professionalism and efficiency was outstanding. Clayton was extremely cordial and thorough, as was the gentleman working with him. I will definitely recommend Cleaning Etiquette to others.
