They did the work (powerwashing and painting) as promised, did so for a fair price and in a timely manner, and communicated clearly and straightforwardly. I would hire them again and would recommend them to others.

They worked very hard for about 6 straight hours. They really got to all the 'hidden' dirt that usually gets overlooked. I was very satisfied with their service

I asked Sommer to clean my house as a one-time cleaning and she was able to fit me into her schedule the day before Thanksgiving! I thought that since it was a one time cleaning some things might be missed, but they were not. Sommer did a great job. Even the tops of partial walls that are very high were cleaned! My 5 yr old daughter said, "Mommy, I felt very comfortable around the cleaning people. She was nice." Our house looked great for the holiday. If I ever need help again, I will call Cleaning Ettiquette for sure. They arrived on time, did a great job, and charged half the price of other companies I checked with.

Exceptional, Well Organized, Hard Working, On time, Easy to Communicate with, Highly Detailed Cleaning Service. I own a Property Management company and until recently had the same cleaning company for 8 years. Cleaning Etiquette had cleaned my neighbors house inside and out and did an outstanding job. In 48 hours they have cleaned two of our office buildings totaling 37,000 sq ft. This would usually take our previous two companies a week to have done with much less detail. The owners and employees are very professional and of high knowledge. Our floors are 12 years old and have not looked this good since they were originally installed. Thanks

This is by far the best cleaning company. I have used the Major Franchises and even some smaller companies and always found short cuts they took when cleaning. It is my daughters birthday today and my current cleaning company was a no show yesterday. I asked them to come in at 5:30am today because the party starts at noon. They were here on time and did my whole house top to bottom. I am a very picky person and found no problem "ANYWHERE". They will be my cleaning company from now on. They also didn't charge me a emergency price for there service. I feel writing this is the only way to repay them properly for there service. Thank you CE

The place was beautifully cleaned. Not sure what they used on the laminate wood floor but it left smudges all over like there may have been some wax in it??? The only other thing I was disappointed about was I asked them to sweep my back porch and there was a pile of fern leaves left in the corner (possibly missed???). I did have to reschedule my appointment for my estimate and they called the day of the cleaning and said they were going to be 1/2 hour late. Luckily, that was not a huge deal and I was able to accomodate them this time.
