Window washing. They were 1.5 hours late but they did call to let me know. They said it was a 3-4 hour job - ended up at 6 hours. Seemed to be doing a thorough job. However, as I began to inspect the windows I noticed numerous streaks. I only asked them to redo two of the most prominent windows and they did. I didn't inpsect them again until after they left and those two windows were worse than before. I did not like how they didn't inspect the windows themselves before leaving. With their coupon they were by far the least expensive but as always, you get what you pay for. I will not hire this company again.

We were aware there could be some possible streaking on her windows. The paint on the windows was very chalky and on some windows had run onto the windows. We did inspect the windows before we left. We always let our customers know they have 48 hours to call us back if they see any streaking. We will fix these areas FREE of charge. We do acknowledge that this does happen on occasion which is why we offer the 48 bourbons fram. Different lighting can also show these things also. We are not trying to make excuses for work. We have tried contacting her hoping we will be allowed to fix the problem areas even with the windows be done for 3wk

I have had my home cleaned for many years and have never had an experience anywhere near the quality of the work completed by Cleaning Etiquette. My home was spotless and I have very high standards. I would recommend this company to everyone with the greatest of confidence.

The guys were prompt, friendly and worked very well together.They even moved and replaced my potted flowers and bbq, Great to deal with! I like the fact that the cleaning solution was non-toxic and should not damage our landscaping.

Clayton called me immediately after I put in the request and set up a date. They were extremely accommodating because the work performed was at my parents house in STL and I live in MD. They were professional and courteous and worked through the rain on top of the roof. They were very affordable and because I did not know the condition of my parents house they didn't charge me an arm and a leg because it was worse than expected. We will have them back out to do other jobs for sure. I would recommend these guys to do work for parents, then I would recommend them for anyone! Thanks so much and I look forward to working with you guys again.
