Clayton was very easy to work with. He told me everything they would do up front and gave me an up front price. They did the work quickly and thoroughly. He even pointed out some areas to look into and made recommendations on improving the overall upkeep of the gutters to prevent them from glogging and making it easier to clean in the future. I would and already have recommend them to co-workers and friends.

Wonderful, pleasant, professional, and of high quality. Clayton kept us informed constantly and pointed out areas to keep an eye on but never tried to get more money out of us. There price was the higher of the 5 we got but I now see why. There work shows it for sure. They documented everything for us which was great. Our deck looks so good if you didn't know it was an older deck you would think it is new. I am so glad we didn't let price affect our decision when doing this. If you want to work with a professional company who cares about there work and your personal property, I would highly recommend this company to any one who reads this.

I had my house and deck powerwashed andI was very pleased with the work and attention to detail. Clayton was very personable and clearly answered all of my questions. I was looking for a company that would use brushes in addition to using the power washer and they did so. I would refer Cleaning Etiquette to anyone.

Top Rated Company! I had around a two story 1400 sq ft deck and almost 900 feet of 8ft tall privacy fence. It was on it's 3rd year since installation and a bad stain job from a prior company. My wife and I thought it would never come back from the grey or almost black weathered look. These guys cleaned it up and it looked just like it did when it was first installed. Clayton directed us in a professional and thorough manner. He made recomendations and was straight forward with us. His crew is also good at what they do and are professional also. They just finished staining it and it looks great. A little higher on price but well worth it.
