Working with Cleaning Etiquette was such a pleasure!! From beginning to end, they were professional and courteous and went above and beyond to ensure that I was pleased with my service. Clayton was amazing and kept me updated every step of the way. I love that the "extras" were not "extra", and I didn't feel like I was being nickled and dimed to death. They need to explain their billing better. They said that the power washing would be one price which we thought included the windows also but when we received the bill it was $40.00 higher. it was worth it.

We always itemize our estimates. The homeowner requested a power washing estimate and an exterior window cleaning estimate. There were 10 windows at $4.00 per window totaling $40.00. We guarantee our price and have never told a home owner there price was higher than what we have quoted them. We can do this because we take the time to look at all potential work for estimating. We will check into this situation and contact the customer.

Short version, great crew, works around crazy St. Louis weather as needed, pricing was right for the high quality of work. Now for the much longer version... Old cedar deck that needed a lot of attention. Old stain was peeling off, we're afraid to walk on it barefoot for fear of getting splinters, it was bad. Clayton and crew cleaned, sanded, stained, and got it looking great. They cleaned the gutters, power washed the house, painted, etc.. This included working around the crazy St. Louis late summer/early fall weather. 80s and sunny one day, cold and storm the next. As an added bonus their expertise and eye for detail helped catch some potentially serious issues before they became real problems. Communication was typically via email. Sometimes with a 24 hour delay on the response, but that's only if I couldn't talk to Clayton at the house. If I had any crucial questions I'd just call and he'd get right back to me ASAP. The cost wasn't the cheapest response I had from this site, but you really get what you pay for with this kind of work and I definitely think it was money well spent. Especially considering the extra steps like the sanding and catching problem areas before they really became a problem. Their number is now programmed in my phone, email is saved, site is bookmarked. Seriously...that deck needed some love.
