When you pay someone a lot of money, at that time you should get your receipt and warranty and guarantee. I have called them 7 times or more, I have finally gotten my receipt, but not my warranty or guarantee. When you call them they say things like they can't print or their computer is down, that seems flimsy for a company this big.

Project: Replaced a damaged outlet in my basement. The Tech: David Montgomery did a great job in explaining the issues and giving me options to fix the problems, He was able to fix some of the problems and will come back for the rest. I will request him for the rest of the electrical job needed in my house

Seems like a bit of a hustle. Call from phone center came within seconds of submitting online. Scheduled for estimate next day with a charge of $90 included in price of job if used. Contractor initially wanted $500 to add single outlet 4' up the wall. When I balked immediately lowered to $400. Due to the sunk cost of the estimate, only $310 more. So went for it. Outlet 12" off from desired location and cut a hole in my drywall which required me to repair. This was the only reason I outsourced the job, to avoid cutting drywall. Frustrating! Way too much money for a 10 minute job! I know, I did all the others Flat panel TVs in my home (3). Only asked for help due to lack of time and did not want to cut drywall!

Not only did Mr. Sparky complete the electrical work efficiently, they were there to help me out when selling my home, when the buyer's inspector erroneously identified a "problem."

The electrician diagnosed the problem very quickly and explained the issues and my options. I felt confident that he was experienced. since this is an unusual outdoor fixture, he will need to order the parts, and return to finish the job.
