After a slightly rocky start, in reaching them and scheduling; the tech that did the work was Great! Professional, thorough and per quick. I had sticker shock at 1st...the price was Really High. But, after the coupon was applied it was acceptable. Electrical work can be tricky so having a professional do the work was best.

The technician was very knowledgeable. He pointed out the mistake the builder made putting up the original dimmer switch in the kitchen so I had him swap out the dining room one as well. In addition, with me working from home full time we put basically a "surge protector" on the house as well which give me a big piece of mind in my line of work.

The person who did the work was very knowledgeable. He pointed out all of the mistakes that the electrician made during the installation. He said that we were lucky that the house did not burn down.

At first visit they were unable to determine issue so didn't charge diagnostic fee. Received quote for further troubleshooting. Professional and friendly contractor and admin.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
