Too expensive. Charge for estimate.

As is standard with many companies in our industry, we do charge a fee for a technician to visit your home. The fee covers the time that a highly skilled and professionally trained technician will spend assessing, diagnosing and laying out a resolution for the issue at hand. If you choose us to complete the repair, the trip charge will then go toward the total repair cost. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again, Richard! - Jack
Mr Sparky came out to determine if we needed a new electrical panel to support our newly upgraded HVAC system. They determined none was needed and no charge for consultation. Very Happy.

I called Mr. Sparky to have one switch repaired. The service call should have been called bait and switch. I wrote a review requested by the parent company so I'm not writing another. This is two out of three bad experiences with HomeAdvisor.
Too expensive
