This contractor came out to my home to do an estimate for hanging a chandelier (cost $89.00). This will be taken out once the job was done. After hurrying them , 2- guys came out to the house to hang the light. the light was half way put together, they stated that the light was defective, I whey back and forth with them and the vender. The vender stated that the light was put together up side down. I tried to reach out to Sparky and I could not get a clear answer on what to do, nor would they call me back. I end up calling another contractor to come out to the house to install the light, it was put together upside down. If they could not do the job they should have told me. I am out of $89.00 lost.

They had excellent service, but they sold us electrical upgrades that were not necessary. We didn't know it at the time though.

I was leery because of the big company. I usually like smaller individualy owned companies. Quick response. Here when supposed to be. Found problem very quickly. Easily fixed. Cost less than I imagined. Nice guy!

The home inspection revealed issues I was not aware of, and am now informed before a problem occurs so I can be proactive in getting the repairs done. James was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained each item thoroughly and provided a quote. The work he actually performed was done quickly and efficiently. Thank you, James!
