Steven from Mr. Sparky was very helpful and professional. He advised me that he needed a high ladder since I have 21" ceilings so it took him 3 days to come back to do the installation of my High hats that were broken and he installed new LED lights, that we had purchased from before from Home Depot. Steven told me the installation came with warranty and another gentlemen also assisted in giving me a 10% discount, which was nice because I had no idea this would cost $698 so it's a very pricey job. That's the only reason why I gave them all 5's on customer service however just felt the installation price was very expensive and why I gave that a 4 star rating. However I needed it done soon and he came through so I am appreciative to this company and their services rendered. Everything else is a 5 star rating from me. Thank you.
