They grossly overcharged and If I would have got other estimates first I would have never of paid $400 to have a light fixture installed.

Very expensive. One of the rooms had some ceiling plaster fall the working didn't replanted that ceiling area.

The electrician team was very polite and respectful of my home. They answered all of our questions and did a great job. They cleaned up after the work was done. I would have rated customer service a 5, except for two things: 1) My initial call with the scheduler/customer service rep was hard to hear due to all of the loud background office noise; 2) We were called at an unexpected early hour of the morning to schedule the work which they wanted to start that very morning. I'm glad we had the work done, but a bit more notice perhaps, and a call after 8 a.m. would have been better.
