I had hired Mr. Sparky several years ago and was very pleased with their work so I called them for this project. The young lady who I made the appointment with was great and set me up for the next day. I was not expecting to get an appointment so quickly, which was great. I was told between 10 and 2 and received a call from Matt at 11 telling me he'd be there in an hour. Matt was right on time, extremely cordial, professional, assessed my issue quickly, took the time to explain it and had it fixed in less than an hour for a very reasonable price. I couldn't be more pleased with the complete experience, will absolutely call Mr. Sparky with any electrical needs and would recommend them to anyone.
