Arrived late, but made it right!! Kudos for customer care and appreciation. I scheduled a time to have them out between 10 AM and 2 PM. At 2 PM we received a call to let us know the electrician would be running about an hour late. He was still not there 2 hours later and after a conversation with the local customer service/ office manager, she honored the Mister Sparky policy that "if we're not on time, it is free". The technician was knowledgeable and friendly and got the work done quickly. The fact that Mister Sparky did not make excuses and made it work, in spite of the inconvenience for being nearly 3 hours later, they get every bit of a 5 star rating and I will be recommending to others. This company truly cares about the customer and future business I can provide to them personally and through referrals, which isn't the case with a lot of trade contractors.
