The technician arrived and completed the repair in a timely manner. He also demonstrated programming and the varies operations of the timer. After replacing one inoperable sprinkler head, he pointed out two more that would need adjusting or replacing at some point. It would have been nice to have taken care of those also.

We needed help and Austin showed up, listened to our concerns and he told us what he could do. The quote was reasonable and Austin showed up on time and fixed it within the time frame. I would not hesitate to call them again.

I was in a jam, the damn sprinklers would NOT shut off, period, so I had to go to the main and shut down the water to the sprinklers. When doing that, that stopped my water to my swamp cooler which is very important around here. I called around 1pm (ish) and talked to the lady about my situation, she goes and puts me on hold. A couple of minutes pass by, and she returns stating a technician will be at my home by 2:30pm (ish). Well when 2:25pm (ish) rolls around, Jared comes knocking at my door.:) :) Told him the back story, and he says he knows what the problem is already. The manual on/off valve assembly is at least 20+ years old, (just bought this home in 3-2018) but that is NOT the problem-reason here of age, the over flow something finally broke. Jared quoted me for parts-labor everything, said that he carries the NEW needed parts on the truck **right now** and can have not only the sprinklers up and running, but also get water back to my cooler in less than an hour,,, unless future **unseen** issues arise. Jared was just FRICKING awesome folks, I certainly STRONGLY suggest asking for him if possible. These people from **Jandy** and **Sandy** whom answer the phones, to of course the tech I got **JARED** are, just very informed and professional! If they treat everyone the way I got treated, move over world, you guys should be around for a long time.
