They didn't do the promised work, they didn't show up on time, and they hassled me to get paid when the work's not done properly. The most important thing to the customers is that the work is done properly. The only thing that seems important to them is getting paid. I don't mind paying either if the work we're done properly I'd be happy to pay. I've requested the owner call me on Monday and we can try to work things out.

My technician was Edward. I expressed to him that the sprinker system was off when I baught the property and despite my efforts to bring it to working order, I failed. He searched for both mechanical and electrical issues and cleared both up quickly by replacing sprinkler heads, wiring, valves,and both consoles. He tested the system and explained everything to me no problem. No finer professional out there and the company is top notch when it comes to customer service and a fair price.
