I knocked off a half star only because they required 2 attempts to perform an irrigation valve replacement. After the initial replacement, the new valve leaked like crazy within a few hours of the work, so I turned off the supply to the valve. I called their service desk (Saturday) and was served very courteously and promptly. While not a true emergency (I turned off the water supply), they insisted on coming the next day (Sunday!) to redo the replacement. It hasn't leaked since. Despite the initial disappointment, I would absolutely use them again and recommend them. Their customer service is first class!
