Reviews
Write a ReviewUpfront Jimmy was excited about the job and made promises that did not get done. Like programming the control box and picking up leftover wheelbarrows and tools. He never responded to my texts or emails and stopped taking my calls.
They were more expensive than the other bids but that’s because the technician replaced everything. We discussed pros and cons of different repairs, which others didn’t do. The job was done the same day as the estimate.
Very flexible with our request for work. Repaired our broken sprinkler heads and saw that our system had another issue. Made a suggestion for replacing a controller. Worked efficiently. Very impressed with them. Would use them again.
Jimmy the owner is super personable and will help to workout any kinks in your project while trying to still make your vision possible. The negatives are the decimation of information. His workers have a loose idea of what is happening on your project, meaning, you will have to micromanage for inconsistencies. If the price was considerably lower then would be fine but it is not. A positive, they will come back and try to fix things that were done in error. More negatives, there will be things done in error, no matter the amount of effort you put in to make it clear. I believe this is due to them taking on too many jobs. Unfortunately, another negative, they will leave the job site littered with discarded parts and cuts of pipe. The workers will point fingers at each other saying it is the other job to clean up. At this point you will do some introspection on whether you made a mistake in hiring these guys. The answer is yes, yes, you have. This should not be handled by the customer, this is a job for Jimmy to wrangle his workers to clean up after themselves. We got tired of seeing it so we picked most of it up shaking our head and laid it on a table so they could take care of it. It did not happen, 3-4 days after the project. We ended up throwing it away ourselves out of frustration. Another negative, you will have to call them or text a few times to to get a response. As you have already paid and are now less important. How to improve: Jimmy needs to walkout the customer when the job is finished and make sure everything is done to or above standard. Finish strong Jimmy, finish strong. Overall, would not recommend, there are so many companies out there that can do a good job, I would rather you give them a chance. ***UPDATE*** If you choose to use them, please, please, please, check how low they set the lines. We explicitly told them several time that we were laying concrete after they were done. They left drainage and other lines less than 3 in some places. We found this after Jimmy said we should find the pipes 10-12 via text. He then tried to backtrack saying there is no real standard. Which explains his work, no standard. The area where we drew several lines with spray was left with drainage less than 6 and had to be removed by the concrete contractor in order to stay on schedule as Jimmy could not be bothered to come out and handle this surprise the day of. So now we have increased costs to deal with. I am also not sure why this company is verified as it give this referral service a bad name.
So sorry Lucas. Your job got away from me. It has been a crazy start to the year. I hope if there is ever warranty work I can redeem myself. Any warranty work is free if needed. Have a great summer and next to you and your family.
Friendly, courteous technician who took the time to educate me as to what to check next time. Many thanks to Nicholas for his great service.
These guys are experts. You can count on them!
He did a great job and really took the time to investigate the situation.
The quality of the work delivered was very impressive, and it was implemented very quickly. I am glad I hired Sprinkler Logic for this project and would not hesitate to recommend them.
Original repair was pricey but done the same day. When things went wrong later they did their best to make it right.
Great customer service
