Work was done and completed on day estimate . Replaced entire drip system and 27 new type sprinkler heads. 1 point off as needed back to add or modify several drip sites and a substantial remnants of old system were left.

The estimate received was prompt and professional, and the work was scheduled quickly. Tony went above and beyond our expectation in explaining what he was doing and in suggesting options for improvement. Thirteen valves were replaced and/or upgraded. The scope of additional repairs was beyond what we expected, so we deferred that additional work until another time.

Arrived on a Sunday, yes, Sunday-same price as any other day of the week. Joe took the time to research and identify the problem before giving a estimate. Said he could fix my problems right now, so told him ok. Joe had everything fixed and tested within the hour.

The technician was decent at customer service and his work was okay. But, I had a major sprinkler issue and they offered limited explanation and did not fix the issue the first attempt. They came out and rectified the issue. But, their receptionist was short, cold and made me feel as if I was unimportant. They offered an expensive quote and insulted me when they tried to charge over 100$ more for the service (which only took 1 hour). I would not use this company again.
